Delivery time

The estimated delivery time is 8 to 12 business days from when the order is prepared and shipped. Weekends and public holidays are not included. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or high demand.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are shown during checkout, before you confirm your order. Free shipping promotions apply according to the conditions published in the store during the offer period.

Tracking

We will send you the tracking details as soon as they are available. Please note that tracking may take some time to update after shipping.

Address changes

The delivery address can only be changed before the order has been shipped.
